Shipping & Delivery
Retail Orders (within India)
- Free shipping across India.
- Most orders are delivered within 4–6 days, depending on location.
- A tracking link is sent by email or SMS; please follow up with the courier as needed.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If you miss a delivery, the courier will reattempt; after that the package returns to our fulfilment centre, and prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Wholesale & Custom Orders (Worldwide)
- We ship worldwide.
- Custom pieces typically take 2–3 weeks to manufacture; we dispatch earlier where possible.
- Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 days, and you'll receive a shipping update.
- Shipping costs decrease when you order multiple garments.
- Please avoid PO Box addresses; we're unable to ship to APO addresses.
- Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.
Force majeure: HighTouch Leather isn't liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural events, strikes, or courier failures). We'll notify you as soon as possible if any such issue arises.
