THE ARTISAN RULES
Essential Do's & Don'ts
✓
THE ESSENTIAL DO'S
Gentle Surface Cleaning:
Wipe gently with a slightly damp, soft microfiber cloth or soft sponge.
Nourish & Restore Luster:
Apply a specialized natural leather balm or a small drop of coconut oil; buff with dry cotton (always patch-test an inner section first).
Breathable Storage:
Hang on a broad wooden hanger inside a breathable cotton garment bag in a cool, dry sanctuary.
Immediate Moisture Blotting:
Blot away unexpected water or rain immediately with a dry cloth and air-dry naturally at room temperature.
✕
THE VITAL DON'TS
No Harsh Solvents:
Never use alcohol, acetone, turpentine, bleach, or aggressive household cleaners on genuine leather.
Never Machine Wash or Dry Clean:
Machine washing permanently strips natural oils and destroys hide elasticity and structure.
Avoid Direct Radiators & Sunlight:
Keep away from prolonged intense sun and artificial heat sources which cause dryness and cracking.
Never Store in Airtight Plastic:
Plastic bags trap humidity and deprive noble hides of natural air circulation.
