Shipping & Dispatch
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer complimentary express shipping across India (4–6 business days). Worldwide air shipping is available for all bespoke, retail, and wholesale orders (3–7 days transit).
How do I track my shipment?
A live GPS tracking link is dispatched automatically via email and SMS the moment your parcel is scanned by our carrier partners.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our couriers automatically reattempt delivery the next business day before returning the package to our atelier.
Fit & Measurements
How does Made to Measure work?
Select "Made to Measure" on any jacket to provide your custom chest, shoulder, sleeve, and length metrics. Each piece is individually pattern-drafted by our master tailors.
How do I take my measurements?
Refer to our How to Measure Guide or message our WhatsApp atelier for live video assistance with a tailor.
What is your Fit Guarantee?
If there is any significant variance between your submitted measurements and the finished jacket, we re-tailor or adjust it at zero labor cost.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Any order can be cancelled for a 100% full refund before it has been dispatched from our Dharavi workshop.
What is the refund timeline?
Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 8–10 business days.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Notify our concierge within 48 hours with an unboxing video, and we will coordinate an immediate doorstep pickup and free replacement.
Materials & Warranty
What leather grades do you use?
We work exclusively with 100% genuine full-grain and top-grain cowhide, lambskin, and goat suede that naturally softens and gains character with age.
How do I care for my jacket?
Keep away from extreme moisture and direct heat. Store on broad wooden hangers in a breathable garment bag. Never machine wash.
What warranty is included?
Every piece includes a 6-month atelier warranty covering structural seams, zippers, and hardware against manufacturing defects.
