Every High Touch leather garment is handcrafted by master artisans to endure. We stand firmly behind the noble hides, precision stitching, and heavy-duty hardware of our atelier.
01. 6-MONTH COVERAGE
Atelier Manufacturing Warranty

Structural Seams & Stitching: Full coverage against unintended seam unraveling, panel detachment, or structural stitch failures under normal wear.

Hardware & Fasteners: Mechanical defect coverage for heavy-duty zippers, snap buttons, buckles, and metal rivets.
✓
Noble Hide Integrity: Guaranteed genuine top-grade hides free from premature cracking or structural leather splitting.
✓
In-House Labor: Complimentary repair labor and precision hardware replacement executed directly at our Mumbai atelier.
*Valid for 6 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
02. EXCLUSIONS
Care & Usage Limitations

Accidents & Physical Abuse: Deep cuts, scrapes, abrasions, pet clawing, or external puncture trauma caused after delivery.
✕
Improper Care & Chemicals: Damage from solvents, alcohol, machine washing, dry cleaning, or exposure to open flames and radiators.
✕
Natural Hide Patina: Subtle variations in grain, tone, and organic surface marks are hallmarks of noble leather, not defects.
✕
Third-Party Alterations: Modifications, resizing, or repair attempts by outside tailors will void the warranty.

02. ATELIER EVALUATION
Craftsman Assessment
Our master tailors assess the garment to determine whether in-house restoration or component replacement is appropriate.
03. WORKSHOP RESOLUTION
Repair & Return
Drop off at our Dharavi atelier (8, Sion-Bandra Link Rd, Mumbai) or arrange door-to-door courier dispatch for prompt turnaround.
