HighTouch Leather provides a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Defects not reported within the warranty period;
- Damage from accidents, negligence, unauthorised repairs, tampering, lost parts, normal wear and tear, or exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, rain, or water;
- Finish wear on metal surfaces such as plating or coating on locks, frames, and channels;
- Zip bursts, cracks, dents, scratches, or tearing of inner lining or fabrics.
If a product needs replacing but is discontinued or unavailable — or needs repair but spare elements aren't available — HighTouch Leather may, at its discretion, offer a similar or equivalent product at a specific price.

HighTouch Leather will, at its option and within a reasonable time, repair or replace a defective product, and reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered. Disputes relating to this warranty are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
