We provide free shipment only in INDIA. We also take care about the delivery time we put efforts to deliver your product as soon as possible.
Please note free delivery doesn’t cover custom duties. Please check these additional costs before placing the order.
Most orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks excluding non-business days post the shipping date; however, please do not provide t APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. We don’t deliver there Moreover; a signature is required for the delivery of the items.
Our shipping partner is “SHIPROCKET” they work with multiple courier company for fast and efficient delivery, tracking link will be provided to you kindly follow up with the courier it’s your responsibility. After multiple delivery failures attempts at the provided address, the courier company might destroy the parcel and we will not be responsible in that case.

High Touch will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes, and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
To cancel an order, please inform us within 24 hours of the order placement by filling a form or emailing us with the subject “Order Cancellation”. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Return & Exchange
High Touch has a 3-day return policy. You can initiate a return within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us by emailing us with the subject “Order Return” and mention the order id. Any returns initiated post 3 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
We are sorry if you felt like returning the product. But we always make sure that product measurement is matched with the given measurement. Since it is handmade and customized only for you, sometimes the actual size may differ from the given one with a small margin please accept it.
Kindly follow our measurement chart guide for measuring your accurate size before submitting.
But if the measurement difference is more than the expectancy then we would accept your exchange request and alter it in the first place if possible otherwise we will replace the new one for free.
We will share the images with you via email or WhatsApp after the product is ready. we will click the images of the ready clothing along with measure tape on for you to preview the size & design and approve it before dispatching.
We do not accept returns against refunds for custom-made orders. Pre-set sized also comes under custom made because all details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and no one would buy it.
The customer is also eligible for a refund/return, in the following circumstances:
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products have some defects
- Product damaged in shipping
- Product has tampered
Kindly make a video while unboxing the product and share the images on our email ([email protected]), if returning.
Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days.
In case of a refund (applies on non-customized products like bags), it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact customer service.
Once we receive your return request, we will send you a confirmation email containing the instructions to return the product within 24-48 hours. You can then send us the product via any cost-effective courier service/registration. The package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.
