Reverse Pickup will be arranged at the earliest, once your request is approved. Please pack the product properly with all tags attached We will initiate the refund to the original payment method. Once the product reaches us safely.If the replacement request is placed and the we do not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
Return /exchange may be disapproved if:
- It is determined that the product was damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is not returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
