Cancellation by Customer
If you change your mind and wish to cancel after ordering, no problem, we respect your decision, we will initiate a full refund for any cancellation prior to dispatch and the amount shall be credited to the source in 8-10 days. High Touch has the full right to decide whether an order has been dispatched or not.
Cancellation by High Touch
Please be aware that occasionally we may have to refuse or cancel an order. Any order may be rejected or canceled by us at any time and for any reason.
Limitations on the number of items that can be ordered, mistakes in product or pricing information, or issues discovered by our credit and fraud prevention department are a few instances that could lead to the cancellation of your order.
Before approving any order, if further information is needed to accept your order, we will get in touch with you. We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled from our end and the amount shall be credited to the source in 8-10 days.
